The continuum of service model was discussed at the regional stakeholder meeting in Lviv on January 28. In response to the new challenges posed by the HIV epidemic in Ukraine and following international trends in HIV prevention and treatment, RESPOND will work with the local partners to develop a continuum of service model for key populations. In December 2014, RESPOND supported two rounds of Communities of Practice (COP) for service providers piloting Seven Steps effective behavioral intervention (EBI) targeting people who inject drugs to enhance their enrollment in services.  It is piloted in three RESPOND partner regions: Cherkasy, Poltava and Zaporizhzhya, two projects in every region.
